Leading Through Change Without Burning Out

Leading others through change is hard.

Leading others through change when you’re the one running on empty?

That’s a recipe for burnout, bad decisions and resentment (and a lot more unnecessary spot fires to put out).

In this 3-week online course, we bring together the best of neuroscience, psychology and behavioural science to help you understand stress — not just as a vague feeling, but as a biological force that can hijack your judgement and sabotage your leadership.

You’ll learn how self-neglect doesn’t just hurt you — it bleeds into your teams, your home life, your purpose.

The good news?

There are ways to disrupt the spiral and rebuild resilience without becoming a green juice zealot.

What We’ll Cover

Week 1: The Science of Stress
How your brain and body respond to change, threat and uncertainty — and why this matters more than you think.

Week 2: Bad Decisions and Rotten Eggs
The brutal truth about what survival mode does to empathy, clarity and judgement (and why your worst meeting moments are probably not character flaws).

Week 3: From Reactivity to Recovery
Tactics and tools for regulating stress in the moment — and designing long-term strategies that stick.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • Practical tools to prioritise your own wellbeing — even when everything feels urgent.

  • Strategies to maintain emotional energy through times of uncertainty and upheaval.

  • A framework to rediscover what really matters when life throws curveballs.

  • Techniques for recognising and interrupting your stress responses before they derail your day (or your team).

    • Change leaders, managers, team leads — anyone holding space for others while life or work feels messy.

    • People who’ve mastered “high-functioning anxiety” but would rather not wear it like a badge.

    • Anyone who suspects “resilience” means more than just not crying in meetings.

  • 59% of Australians experienced a major personal stressor in the past year.
75% have lived through at least one traumatic event.

In short: stress is not the exception. It’s the backdrop.
And if you're leading others — especially through change — your wellbeing isn't just a nice-to-have. It's the operating system.

Sometimes, we don’t have anyone else to lean on.
This course helps you become that person for yourself — with skill, with science, and with a little less self-judgement.

    • 3 live, interactive sessions over 3 weeks

    • Delivered online, small group format

    • Includes downloadable tools and templates

    • Starts: Monday 16 June 2025

    • $195 AUD per participant

  • We keep groups intentionally small — 8 to 15 people max — to make space for real discussion, shared experiences, and a few good laughs.

    This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation.

Because of the small size, sessions book out quickly!

If the current round is full or the dates/times don’t quite work for you, we can pop your name on the waitlist for the next cohort. But fair warning: we only run this course a few times a year.

So if you’re even thinking about joining — better to grab a spot now. Future You might send you a thank-you card.

  • We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and other things need to take priority. That's why we record all sessions and make them available on a private viewing link.

Let It All Change: An 8 Week Practical Guide to Doing Life & Work Differently (online workshop)

Let It All Change: An 8 Week Practical Guide to Doing Life & Work Differently (online workshop)

Make the most of the last 6 months of 2025.

Start with a Wednesday

Change doesn’t have to feel like you’re wading through wet concrete.

In this 8-week online crash course, we’ll equip you with the psychological tools, behavioural nudges, and practical frameworks to make change not only possible — but doable.

Each Wednesday evening, join us online as part of a small group (8–15 people, no more — we’re not running a webinar for zoo animals) for live, engaging sessions that turn lofty theory into bite-sized, real-world strategies.

Topics covered include:

  • The building blocks of change

An introduction to our CORE framework

  • How to Make Better Decisions

The difference between smart choices and satisfying ones and why that matters.

  • Change Management: The Do’s, Don’ts, and WTFs
Why change fails and how to stop repeating history in new outfits.

  • Goal-Setting That Sticks
Why most goals are wishful thinking dressed in PowerPoint presentations and vision boards and how to do better.

  • Future-Proofing
How to make sure today’s progress doesn’t become tomorrow’s regret.

Why now?

Because the last six months of the year are still yours to shape — and because waiting until January is like waiting until Monday to start exercising.

And because:

59% of Australians faced a major personal stressor in the last 12 months.
75% have experienced a traumatic event in their lifetime.

Sometimes you’ve got a coach. Sometimes you are the coach. This course is about empowering you to confidently take control.

  • This course is for anyone who’s ever said:

“I know what I need to do… I just can’t seem to do it.”

We keep the content practical and easy to understand with simple strategies and tips that anyone can use.

Whether you're navigating a career pivot, a relationship change, or just trying to get better at setting boundaries — this course will help.

You don’t need to be an expert. Just curious, open, and maybe a little bit tired of your own self-sabotage. From how you make decisions and set goals to designing changes that can actually last, this introductory course is designed for anyone interested in making life and work easier!

  • $395 for the full 8-week experience

(That’s less than $50 a session — or roughly the cost of one panic-fuelled impulse purchase on a bad day.)

  • We keep groups intentionally small — 8 to 15 people max — to make space for real discussion, shared experiences and a few good laughs.

    This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation.

  • Live 2hr online sessions every Wednesday evening!

    Starting 2nd July 2025

  • Sometimes life gets in the way and other things need to take priority (kids, work deadlines, celebrations...)

That's why we record all sessions and make them available on a private viewing link.

  • That does happen — our groups are small for a reason.

If the current round is full or the dates don’t work for you this time, we can pop your name on the waitlist to notify you for the next cohort.

But fair warning: we only run this course a few times a year.

So if you’re even thinking about joining — better to grab a spot now. Future You might send you a thank-you card.
