Understand Your Reactive Patterns: We all have default ways of coping when pressure hits. In our sessions, you’ll learn to recognise your triggers and responses in real time — and discover how to shift from automatic reactions to conscious, confident choices.

Stress doesn’t have to run the show. Together we’ll unpack how your nervous system reacts under strain, explore the habits that keep you stuck, and develop tools to restore calm, clarity, and focus — even in chaos.

Many of the limits we hit aren’t real — they’re old stories our brain tells to keep us “safe.” We’ll identify the narratives behind your patterns and rewrite them so they align with the person you’re becoming, not the one you’ve been.

SPARK - one off session
Light the fire, change your lens.
If you're stuck in a cycle of overthinking, emotional shutdown, or chaotic stress, SPARK offers a 60-minute reframing session designed to change the way you see your struggle. This is behavioural triage meets emotional clarity—a pressure valve and a launchpad. You’ll leave with new insight, nervous system-friendly strategies, and most importantly, a sense of possibility. Because sometimes, the right question at the right time can change everything.

CLIMB - 5 sessions
Five sessions over ten weeks to take you from surviving to thriving.
CLIMB is my signature 1:1 programme. Using a trauma-aware, behaviourally informed framework built around the word C.L.I.M.B, we’ll work step-by-step to transform negative coping strategies and give you the breathing space you need to work out what you want next.
You’ll get five 75-minute sessions, spaced fortnightly for integration, plus exercises and optional nudges between sessions. This is for you if you’re ready to stop fire-fighting and start navigating.

RISE - 12 monthly sessions
You’ve done the work. Now to design what you want next!
RISE is monthly ongoing 1:1 support for clients who’ve completed CLIMB—or anyone already familiar with their own internal terrain, but looking to sustain progress with guidance, reflection, and subtle course corrections. One session per month. WhatsApp in-between. The antidote to backsliding, burnout or bouncing between breakthroughs with no one to process them with. We don’t just heal. We grow. Consistently.

CLIMB TOGETHER - 10 week course
Same structure. New synergy. Unexpected magic.
CLIMB Together is the group version of my 5-step survival-to-thriving framework, delivered in an intimate, safely-held container. We meet fortnightly over Zoom for 10 weeks, moving through the same structured arc—but with the added power of social witnessing, shared language, and mutual support. You’ll still receive tools, reflection prompts, and guidance—but you’ll also gain a cohort of fellow climbers. For those who want change with connection.

RISE Circle- 1 year course
Stay grounded. Keep growing. Show up real.
The RISE Circle is a monthly group coaching and reflection space for those who’ve done deep work and want to stay connected to it. One call per month. One theme. No masks, no “I’m fine,” no pretending. This is for you if you crave rhythm, reflection, and real talk in a world that keeps telling you to keep going and “just be positive.” We do presence, not performance.
Facilitation and mentoring
If you have a recently formed team that’s trying to find its feet or a project that holds a key ‘team building’ element and you’d like help nurturing the group dynamic, we also offer longer term project mentoring and facilitation.
For these types of projects, we’ll set up a framework to build cohesion in the team, reduce the risks of reactivity and communication breakdowns and guide the team through various touch-points to help them stay on track to achieve their shared goals.
